This two-section unit measures 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H and features self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser, ensuring optimal performance and reduced maintenance. With a spacious 23.0 cu. ft. capacity, it includes a 30-pan top opening with two hoods, one door, and four drawers for ample storage and easy access to ingredients. The prep table is equipped with a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail, providing a practical workspace for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system allows for precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system ensures consistent cooling. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, this unit is built for durability and easy cleaning. It operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 3/8 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 9.9 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
