The unit is equipped with a durable 1/2" cutting board and two solid doors with locks for secure storage. Its stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel bottom, ensure longevity and easy cleaning. Inside, you'll find two stainless steel wire shelves for organized ingredient storage. The self-cleaning condenser enhances maintenance efficiency, while the environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant provides optimal cooling performance. Powered by a 2/5 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 5.7 amp draw and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
