Constructed with durability in mind, the unit has two solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner, ensuring secure storage. It comes with two stainless steel shelves for optimal organization and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system, along with the cold bunker system, maintain consistent temperatures for food safety.
