Description
The Turbo Air PST-72-30-N-GL is a high-performance Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This two-section refrigerated counter features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 23.0 cu. ft. of storage. With dimensions of 72-5/8"W x 36-3/4"D x 31-3/4"H, it accommodates (30) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It includes (2) solid hinged swing doors with locks and an aluminum door liner for added security and insulation. The prep table is equipped with (2) stainless steel shelves for organized storage and a 6-1/4" deep cutting board with a side rail for easy food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system allows for precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system ensures consistent cooling. Additional features include LED interior lighting, fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser for low maintenance. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates efficiently with a 3/8 HP compressor, drawing 9.9 amps at 115v/60/1-ph.
