This two-section unit measures 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H and features self-contained refrigeration with a self-cleaning condenser, ensuring optimal performance and reduced maintenance. With a spacious 23.0 cu. ft. capacity, it includes a 30-pan top opening with two hoods for easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with two solid hinged swing doors that come with locks for security, and an aluminum door liner for durability. Inside, you'll find two stainless steel shelves for organized storage, along with a 9-1/2" deep cutting board complete with a side rail for added workspace. The digital temperature control and monitor system allows for precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system ensures consistent cooling. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, provide a robust and easy-to-clean surface. Additional features include LED interior lighting for visibility and fan control for efficient air circulation.
