The Turbo Air PST-72-D6-N is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This PRO Series unit features a spacious three-section design with a rear mount self-contained compressor, offering 23.0 cu.ft. of storage capacity. Measuring 72-5/8"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H, it includes an 18-pan top opening with two hoods for easy access and organization. Equipped with six drawers and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail, this unit enhances workflow efficiency. The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains optimal food freshness. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, it combines durability with easy maintenance. The self-cleaning condenser reduces upkeep, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance. Powered by a 3/8 HP compressor, it runs on 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 9.9 amps and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this unit is proudly made in the USA.
