Description
The Turbo Air PST-72-N-GL is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 19.0 cu. ft. of storage. Measuring 72-5/8" W x 32-7/8" D x 31-3/4" H, it accommodates up to 18 pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens. Equipped with two solid hinged swing doors that include locks for security, the unit has an aluminum door liner and two stainless steel shelves for durability and easy cleaning. The 6-1/4" deep cutting board with a side rail provides ample workspace for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains optimal cooling. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, enhance the unit's longevity. LED interior lighting and fan control improve visibility and efficiency. Featuring a self-cleaning condenser and utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit is both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
