Description
The Turbo Air PST-72-N is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a rear mount self-contained compressor and offers a spacious 19.0 cu. ft. of storage. Measuring 72-5/8" W x 30" D x 37-5/8" H, it includes an 18-pan top opening with two hoods for easy access to ingredients. Equipped with two solid hinged swing doors that lock for security, the interior boasts an aluminum door liner and two adjustable shelves for optimal organization. The 9-1/2" deep cutting board with a side rail provides ample workspace for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitor system ensures precise temperature management, while the cold bunker system maintains consistent cooling. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, this unit is built for durability. Additional features include LED interior lighting, fan control, and a self-cleaning condenser for low maintenance. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the unit operates efficiently with a 3/8 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 9.9 amps.
