The digital temperature control and monitoring system provide precise temperature management, enhancing food safety. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, it offers durability and easy cleaning. The unit is mounted on 5-3/8"H casters for mobility, making it convenient to reposition as needed. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates efficiently with a 1/3 HP compressor. The freezer runs on 115v/60/1-ph power with an 8.0 amp draw and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this product is proudly made in the USA.
