The Turbo Air SAK-60L-N Refrigerated Sushi Display Case offers an elegant and efficient solution for showcasing sushi and other perishable items. With dimensions of 59-3/4"W x 14-1/8"D x 11-1/2"H and a capacity of 1.7 cu. ft., this case is designed to fit seamlessly into any food service environment. Featuring a self-contained compressor located on the left side for easy access, the top glass angles down for optimal visibility and presentation. The exterior is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance, while the food plates are also made from stainless steel for added hygiene. The display case includes four tempered glass rear sliding doors with handles for convenient access, along with five bottom shelves to maximize storage space. A 1" drain facilitates easy cleaning, and the ambient temperature range of 50-80°F, with a saturation temperature of 39°F, ensures your products remain fresh. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 4.6 amps. It is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets cCSAus and CSA-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any sushi display needs.
