The Turbo Air SAK-70L-N Refrigerated Sushi Case is designed to showcase your sushi offerings while maintaining optimal freshness. With dimensions of 71-1/4"W x 14-1/8"D x 11-1/2"H and a capacity of 2.1 cu. ft., this display case is perfect for any sushi bar or restaurant. Featuring a self-contained compressor located on the left side for easy access, the case includes a top glass that angles down for enhanced visibility. The exterior is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning, while the food plates are also made from stainless steel for added hygiene. The display case is equipped with four tempered glass rear sliding doors with handles for convenient access, and five bottom shelves to maximize storage space. A 1" drain facilitates easy maintenance. The ambient temperature range is 50-80°F, with a saturation temperature of 39°F, ensuring your sushi remains at the ideal serving temperature. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor, the unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 4.6 amps.
