Measuring 48"W x 30"D, it features a robust stainless steel front and side construction, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. The built-in stainless steel splash guard enhances safety and cleanliness during cooking. Equipped with a 1" thick highly polished steel griddle plate, this griddle provides excellent heat retention and even cooking across its surface. It includes four aluminized U-shaped burners, each with individual thermostat controls for precise temperature management every 12 inches. The 3" wide front grease trough and removable grease pan facilitate easy cleanup, while the bullnose stainless steel front extension adds extra workspace. Supported by 2" stainless steel standard legs, the griddle is stable and sturdy. With a total output of 88,000 BTU, this unit is CSA and CSA-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
