The Turbo Air TCBE-82SDR-N Super Deluxe Chef Base Refrigerator is designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. With dimensions of 83-5/8"W x 32"D x 20-1/4"H and a spacious 16.04 cu. ft. capacity, it features a side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system and a self-cleaning condenser device for optimal performance. This unit includes four robust drawers with recessed handles, accommodating pans up to 6" deep. The left side drawers can hold three full-size pans each, while the right side drawers can hold two full-size pans each (pans not included). The 16-gauge stainless steel one-piece reinforced insulated top ensures durability and temperature retention, complemented by stainless steel front and sides for easy cleaning. A digital temperature display allows for precise monitoring, while the R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/3 HP compressor provide efficient cooling.
