The Turbo Air TPR-93SD-D2-N Super Deluxe Pizza Prep Table is designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. This three-section refrigerated counter offers a spacious 31.0 cu. ft. of storage, measuring 93"W x 32-1/4"D x 36"H. It features a self-cleaning condenser device that ensures optimal performance and longevity. The stainless steel top includes a refrigeration pan rail and comes with 12 condiment pans for easy access to toppings. A 19-1/4" deep removable cutting board provides ample space for food preparation. The interior and exterior are constructed from durable stainless steel, while the back and bottom are made of galvanized steel for added strength. The ABS door liner enhances insulation, and the insulated pan cover helps maintain temperature. This model includes two doors with recessed handles for easy access, four stainless steel shelves for organized storage, and two drawers with recessed handles for additional convenience. The front air intake and side-mount, self-contained design optimize airflow and efficiency. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 2/3 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 5.6 amp draw. The unit is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
