Description
The Turbo Air TPR-93SD-D6-N Super Deluxe Pizza Prep Table is a three-section refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. With a spacious 31.0 cu. ft. capacity, it measures 93"W x 32-1/4"D x 36"H, making it ideal for pizza preparation. The stainless steel top features a refrigeration pan rail that includes (12) condiment pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. A 19-1/4" deep removable cutting board provides ample workspace, while the stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, ensure durability and easy cleaning. The ABS door liner and insulated pan cover help maintain optimal temperatures. This unit includes (6) drawers with recessed handles for organized storage and features front air intake for efficient airflow. The side-mount, self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a powerful 2/3 HP compressor. It runs on 115v/60/1-ph power with a 5.6 amp draw and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this pizza prep table combines functionality with high standards of safety and hygiene.
