The Turbo Air TPR-93SD-N Super Deluxe Pizza Prep Table is a high-capacity refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. With a spacious 31.0 cu. ft. interior, this three-section unit measures 93"W x 32-1/4"D x 36"H, making it ideal for pizza preparation. Equipped with a self-cleaning condenser device, it ensures optimal performance and longevity. The stainless steel top features a refrigeration pan rail that includes (12) condiment pans, allowing for easy access to toppings. A 19-1/4" deep removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this prep table is built for durability. The ABS door liner and insulated pan cover enhance temperature retention. It features (3) doors with recessed handles for easy access and (6) stainless steel shelves for organized storage. Designed for efficient airflow with a front air intake and side-mount, self-contained refrigeration system, it utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. The powerful 2/3 HP compressor operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 5.6 amp draw, and it comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
