The stainless steel top features a 15-pan opening, allowing for easy access to ingredients. Equipped with two stainless steel doors with recessed handles and an ABS door liner, this unit ensures durability and ease of use. It includes two stainless steel wire shelves for organized storage. The self-cleaning condenser and cold air compartment enhance performance and maintenance, while the insulated pan cover and cutting board side rail provide added functionality. The unit features LED interior lighting and fan control for optimal visibility and efficiency. Its cold bunker system and self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system utilize R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, promoting eco-friendliness.
