This two-section refrigerated counter offers a spacious 15.0 cu. ft. capacity, featuring a clear top with a 12-pan opening for easy access to ingredients. It includes two stainless steel doors with recessed handles and an ABS door liner for durability. Equipped with two stainless steel shelves and a cold air compartment, this unit ensures optimal ingredient preservation. The 9-1/2"D cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. A digital temperature control and monitoring system allows for precise temperature management, while LED interior lighting enhances visibility. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, ensure longevity and easy cleaning. The unit is mounted on 5-3/8"H casters for mobility. It features a self-cleaning condenser for low maintenance and operates with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendliness.
