This two-section refrigerated counter offers a spacious 15.0 cu. ft. capacity, featuring a stainless steel top with a 12-pan opening for easy access to ingredients. Equipped with two stainless steel doors that include recessed handles and an ABS door liner, this unit ensures durability and ease of use. It comes with two stainless steel shelves for optimal organization and a cold air compartment to maintain consistent temperatures. The insulated pan cover helps preserve freshness, while the 9-1/2"D cutting board provides ample workspace. The digital temperature control and monitoring system allows for precise temperature management, complemented by LED interior lighting and fan control for enhanced visibility and efficiency. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. Mobility is facilitated by 5-3/8"H casters, and the self-cleaning condenser ensures low maintenance. Utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates with a 1/5 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 6.5 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
