This two-section refrigerated counter measures 48-1/4"W x 34"D x 31-1/4"H and offers a spacious 15.0 cu. ft. capacity. The stainless steel top features an 18-pan opening, allowing for easy access to ingredients. Equipped with four drawers, this unit provides ample storage while maintaining a sleek stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom for durability. The digital temperature control and monitoring system ensures precise temperature management, while the ABS door liner enhances insulation. LED interior lighting illuminates the workspace, and the self-cleaning condenser minimizes maintenance efforts.
