The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, ensure durability and easy cleaning. The cold air compartment and insulated pan cover maintain optimal temperatures for food freshness. A 9-1/2"D cutting board enhances workspace efficiency, while the digital temperature control and monitoring system allows for precise temperature management.
