The stainless steel top features a 24-pan opening, ideal for quick access to ingredients. It includes two drawers on the left and a right-hinged door on the right, providing versatile storage options. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom for durability. An ABS door liner enhances insulation and ease of cleaning. Equipped with one stainless steel wire shelf and LED interior lighting, this unit ensures optimal visibility and organization. The self-cleaning condenser maintains efficiency, while the cold air compartment and insulated pan cover help keep food fresh. The cutting board side rail adds functionality for food preparation.
