Inside, you'll find three stainless steel shelves and a cold air compartment that maintains optimal temperature for food freshness. The insulated pan cover helps retain cold air, while the 9-1/2"D cutting board enhances food prep efficiency. The digital temperature control and monitoring system allows for precise temperature management, complemented by LED interior lighting and fan control for improved visibility and performance. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
