The Turbo Air TST-72SD-10S-N-CL is a Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This three-section refrigerated counter measures 72-5/8"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H and offers a spacious 23.0 cu. ft. of storage. It features a clear top with a 10-pan opening, allowing for easy access to ingredients. Constructed with (3) stainless steel doors equipped with recessed handles and an ABS door liner, this unit ensures durability and ease of use. Inside, you'll find (3) stainless steel shelves for organized storage and a cold air compartment that maintains optimal temperatures. The 9-1/2"D cutting board provides a convenient workspace for food preparation. The digital temperature control and monitoring system allows for precise temperature management, while LED interior lighting enhances visibility. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, ensure longevity and easy cleaning. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs, and the unit operates with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly performance. Powered by a 3/8 HP compressor, this unit runs on 115v/60/1-ph with a 9.9 amp draw and comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord.
