The Turbo Air TST-72SD-10S-N(-LW) is a high-performance refrigerated sandwich and salad unit designed for efficiency and durability. This super deluxe, three-section unit measures 72-5/8"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H and offers a spacious 23.0 cu. ft. of storage. It features a stainless steel top with a 10-pan opening, allowing for easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with three stainless steel doors with recessed handles and an ABS door liner for enhanced insulation. Inside, you'll find three stainless steel shelves and a cold air compartment that maintains optimal temperatures. The insulated pan cover helps preserve freshness, while the 9-1/2"D cutting board provides ample workspace. A digital temperature control and monitoring system ensures precise temperature management, complemented by LED interior lighting and fan control for visibility and efficiency. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It rolls smoothly on 5-3/8"H casters for easy mobility. The self-cleaning condenser reduces maintenance needs, and the unit operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendliness.
