The Turbo Air TST-72SD-12S-N(-LW) is a high-performance refrigerated sandwich and salad unit designed for efficiency and durability. This super deluxe three-section unit measures 72-5/8"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H and offers a spacious 23.0 cu. ft. of storage. It features a stainless steel top with a 12-pan opening, allowing for easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with three stainless steel doors with recessed handles and an ABS door liner for enhanced durability. Inside, you'll find three stainless steel shelves and a cold air compartment that ensures optimal temperature maintenance. The insulated pan cover helps retain cold air, while a 9-1/2"D cutting board provides ample workspace. The digital temperature control and monitoring system allows for precise temperature management, complemented by LED interior lighting and fan control for improved visibility and efficiency. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features 5-3/8"H casters for easy mobility and a self-cleaning condenser for low maintenance. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 3/8 HP compressor, and requires a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with 9.9 amps.
