The Turbo Air TST-72SD-15M-N-SL(-LW) is a Super Deluxe Refrigerated Counter designed for optimal sandwich and salad preparation. This Mega Prep and Work Station features a slide-back lid and is available in a specified side configuration. With a spacious three-section design, it offers 23.0 cu. ft. of storage capacity, measuring 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H. It accommodates (15) 1/6 size x 4" deep pans, ensuring ample space for ingredients. The unit includes (3) stainless steel doors with recessed handles and an ABS door liner for durability. Inside, (3) stainless steel shelves provide additional organization, while a cold air compartment and insulated pan cover maintain optimal food temperatures. The 9-1/2"D cutting board enhances workspace efficiency, and the digital temperature control and monitoring system ensures precise temperature management. LED interior lighting and fan control improve visibility and performance. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built to last. Equipped with a self-cleaning condenser and utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it operates efficiently with a 3/8 HP compressor. The unit runs on 115v/60/1-ph power, drawing 9.9 amps, and features a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, this product is proudly made in the USA.
