The Turbo Air TST-72SD-18-N is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This Super Deluxe unit features a spacious three-section design with a total capacity of 23 cu. ft., measuring 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 37-5/8"H. The stainless steel top includes an 18-pan opening, providing ample space for ingredient storage and easy access. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit also includes a galvanized steel back and bottom for added strength. The ABS door liner enhances insulation, while LED interior lighting ensures visibility of stored items. The unit comes equipped with three stainless steel wire shelves for organized storage. The self-cleaning condenser and cold bunker system work together to maintain optimal temperatures, while the insulated pan cover helps retain freshness. A 17" deep cutting board with a side rail offers a convenient workspace for food preparation. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, ensuring energy efficiency with a 3/8 HP compressor. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph and drawing 9.9 amps, it features a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
