It features a durable stainless steel top with a 30-pan opening, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with three stainless steel doors with recessed handles for convenience and a sleek appearance. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit is built for longevity. The ABS door liner enhances insulation, while three stainless steel wire shelves provide ample storage. LED interior lighting ensures visibility of contents, and the self-cleaning condenser simplifies maintenance. The cold air compartment and insulated pan cover maintain optimal temperatures for food preservation. Additional features include a cutting board side rail for food prep, a hot gas condensate system for efficient operation, and a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system.
