This three-section unit offers a spacious 23.0 cu. ft. capacity, featuring a stainless steel top with a 30-pan opening for easy access to ingredients. It includes three stainless steel doors with recessed handles and an ABS door liner for durability and ease of use. Equipped with three stainless steel wire shelves, this unit maximizes storage while ensuring proper air circulation. The self-cleaning condenser enhances maintenance efficiency, while the cold air compartment and insulated pan cover maintain optimal ingredient freshness. A cutting board side rail provides a convenient workspace, and LED interior lighting ensures visibility. The cold bunker system and self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system utilize R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly operation. With a robust 3/8 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph and draws 9.9 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized bottom, ensure longevity and easy cleaning. This unit is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certified, and proudly made in the USA.
