The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N is a Super Deluxe Refrigerated Counter designed for optimal performance in sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit measures 72-5/8"W x 34"D x 39-5/8"H and offers a spacious 23.0 cu. ft. capacity. The stainless steel top features a 30-pan opening, providing ample space for ingredient storage and easy access. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The ABS door liner enhances insulation, while three stainless steel doors with recessed handles provide convenient access to contents. Inside, you'll find three stainless steel wire shelves for organized storage, along with LED interior lighting for visibility. The self-cleaning condenser system minimizes maintenance, and the cold air compartment helps maintain optimal temperatures. An insulated pan cover and cutting board side rail add to the unit's functionality, while the hot gas condensate system ensures efficient operation.
