The Turbo Air TST-72SD-D4R-N is a Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and durability. This three-section refrigerated counter measures 72-5/8"W x 30"D x 37-5/8"H and offers a spacious 23 cu. ft. of storage. The stainless steel top features an 18-pan opening, ideal for quick access to ingredients. It includes four drawers on the left and a right-hinged door on the right for versatile storage options. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. It comes with one stainless steel wire shelf for organized storage. The self-cleaning condenser enhances performance and reduces maintenance needs, while the cold air compartment and insulated pan cover help maintain optimal temperatures. The cutting board side rail provides additional workspace, making food preparation efficient. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates at 3/8 HP, with a power requirement of 115v/60/1-ph and 9.9 amps.
