Description
The Turbo Air TST-72SD-D6-N-GL is a Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This three-section refrigerated counter offers a spacious 19 cu. ft. capacity, measuring 72-5/8"W x 30-5/8"D x 34-7/8"H. It features (18) 1/6 size 4" deep pans, providing ample space for ingredients, along with (6) drawers for additional storage. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, complemented by a galvanized steel back and bottom, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The self-cleaning condenser enhances performance and reduces upkeep. A 6-1/4" deep cutting board is included for added prep space. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 3/8 HP compressor, this unit operates efficiently at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 9.9 amps.
