The Turbochef HHC 1618 is a high-performance electric conveyor oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This ventless model features a 48" conveyor length and a cooking chamber measuring 16" wide by 18" long, allowing for ample cooking space. Equipped with a catalytic converter, it ensures optimal air quality while cooking. The oven operates on a three-phase power supply and includes a variable speed motor, enabling precise control over cooking times and temperatures. Its idle mode conserves energy during non-use, while built-in self-diagnostics and smart voltage sensor technology enhance reliability and ease of maintenance. Constructed with stainless steel on the front, top, sides, and back, as well as a stainless steel interior, the HHC 1618 is both durable and easy to clean. The cool-to-touch covers and panels ensure safety in busy kitchen environments. This oven is cULus, CE, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 certified, meeting rigorous industry standards. The TurboChef Cleaner Only Starter Kit is included, featuring one cleaner packet, a 24oz bottle, and a foamer trigger for effective maintenance.
