The U-Line Commercial UCMT127-SS11A is a 27" Refrigerated Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Unit designed for optimal performance in commercial kitchens. Measuring 27 1/2" W x 35 1/2" D x 42 1/2" H, this unit features a single door and includes one PVC coated wire shelf that accommodates one 12” x 20” pan and three 1/6 pans. The pan rail is versatile, allowing for either 4” or 6” tall pans. Constructed with AISI 304 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit ensures durability and easy maintenance. It includes an autodefrost feature and is built with a CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulated cabinet for energy efficiency. The electronic digital temperature control comes with alarms for added safety, and the environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant supports sustainable practices. The UCMT127-SS11A is factory pre-wired for a dedicated outlet and includes a 10 ft cord and plug (NEMA 5-15P).
