Description
The U-Line Commercial UCMT148-SS61A is a 48" Refrigerated Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Unit designed for optimal food preservation and efficiency. Measuring 48" W x 35 1/2" D x 42 1/2" H, this unit features two PVC-coated wire shelves that accommodate one 12” x 20” pan and three 1/9 pans, while the pan rail can hold either 4” or 6” tall pans. The pan configuration allows for storage of up to 18 1/6 pans. Constructed with AISI 304 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit ensures durability and easy cleaning. It includes an auto-defrost feature and a CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulated cabinet for enhanced energy efficiency. The electronic digital temperature control comes with alarms for monitoring, and the environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant supports sustainable operation. Designed for convenience, the unit is factory pre-wired for a dedicated outlet and includes a 10 ft cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The high-efficiency compressor is side-mounted, complemented by a high-efficiency evaporator coil and condenser. It meets NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliance and features a self-lubricating sealed cast iron evaporator fan motor with a high-volume airflow design. The temperature range is adjustable from 28°F to 46°F, making it ideal for various food storage needs.
