Description
The U-Line Commercial UCMT160-SS61A is a 60" Refrigerated Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Unit designed for optimal performance in commercial kitchens. With dimensions of 60 1/2" W x 35 1/2" D x 42 1/2" H, this unit features a robust AISI 304 stainless steel construction for durability and easy cleaning. It includes two PVC-coated wire shelves that can accommodate a variety of pan sizes, holding one 12” x 20” pan, three 1/6 pans, and three 1/9 pans. The pan rail is designed to hold up to 24 1/6 pans and can accommodate either 4” or 6” tall pans. This unit is equipped with an electronic digital temperature control system featuring alarms for added convenience. It operates within a temperature range of 28-46°F and utilizes environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. The high-efficiency compressor and evaporator coil ensure optimal cooling performance, while the self-lubricating sealed cast iron evaporator fan motor with a high-volume airflow design enhances efficiency. The U-Line UCMT160-SS61A is factory pre-wired for a dedicated outlet and includes a 10 ft cord and plug (NEMA 5-15P). It also features an auto-defrost function and a CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulated cabinet, meeting NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliance for commercial refrigeration.
