Description
The Univex PM91-PK3 is a powerful Prep-Mate™ Power Drive Unit designed for efficient food preparation. This heavy-duty table model features a VS9 vegetable slicer, hub, and shaft, along with a 3/16" shred plate for versatile slicing and shredding capabilities. Operating at 250 RPM, it is equipped with a robust 1 hp drive motor and a 1" wide Poly-V belt system for reliable performance. The unit includes a 5" deep prep container with a cover for convenient food handling. Compatible with VS9H, VS9, and MFC12 attachments, it operates on 115V/60/1-ph with an 11.5 amp draw. The enamel finish ensures durability, while certifications from cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF guarantee safety and sanitation standards.
