The adjustable hard chrome polished cylinders range from 0" to 1.9", ensuring customizable thickness for various dough types. The sheeter operates with a hand mechanism for thickness adjustments and a convenient foot pedal for left-to-right carpet operation. Its robust chain drive system ensures reliable performance, while the 23-3/4" wide belt facilitates smooth dough handling. Start and stop buttons provide easy operation, and the pivoting and removable arms enhance accessibility and storage options. Equipped with heavy-duty rolling pins that store neatly in the base, the Univex SFG 600 TL also includes a cutter box for added functionality.
