The stainless steel bowl ensures longevity and easy cleaning, while the spiral dough hook operates at 95 RPM on the first speed and 190 RPM on the second speed for efficient mixing. The mixer is powered by a 1 HP motor (4.48 Amps, 0.75 kW) for the bowl, an 8 HP motor (27.20 Amps, 6.0 kW) for the spiral, and a 3 HP motor (13.0 Amps, 2.2 kW) for the lift, providing reliable performance for heavy-duty tasks.
