This mixer comes equipped with a built-in lifter, a durable stainless steel bowl, and a spiral dough hook and shaft for efficient mixing. It operates with separate motors for the bowl and agitator, ensuring consistent power delivery. The bowl motor is rated at 1 HP (4.48 Amps, 0.75 kW), while the spiral motor delivers 14 HP, and the lift motor provides 3 HP. The Univex SL200LH is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
