It features a variable speed drive for precise control and a hand-operated crank for manual adjustments. The self-locking top and bottom ensure safety during operation. This mixer comes equipped with essential attachments including a stainless steel bowl, dough hook, batter beater, wire whip, and ingredient chute, along with a bowl scraper for efficient mixing. The start/stop button, contactor, and interlock switches enhance user convenience and safety. The dishwasher-safe stainless steel safety guard provides added protection while maintaining hygiene. Built with durable alloy gears and finished with a hybrid epoxy/polyester powder coat, this mixer is designed for longevity and ease of cleaning. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor, the Univex SRMF20 W/O meets cETLus and NSF standards and is proudly made in the USA.
