The Unox XACC-0513-EPLM is a compact electric combi oven designed for efficiency and versatility in any kitchen. With a capacity to accommodate five 1/1 GN or five 12"x20" hotel pans, this countertop oven is perfect for a variety of cooking needs. It features advanced MIND.Maps™ technology, allowing for a programmable menu that enhances culinary creativity. The oven offers 2-11/16" shelf spacing for optimal airflow and cooking performance. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the XACC-0513-EPLM ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The glass door provides visibility into the cooking process, while the left-to-right door opening facilitates convenient access. Connectivity options include WIFI and USB for seamless data transfer to HACCP software, ensuring compliance and monitoring. With a powerful 7.7kW output and 19.5 amps, this oven is both efficient and effective. It is certified by cMETus and NSF, and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency. The included water line connects easily to a ¾” mpt water connection within three feet of the oven, simplifying installation.
