The Unox XACC-0513-EPRM is a compact electric combi oven designed for efficiency and versatility in any kitchen. With a capacity to accommodate (5) 1/1 GN or (5) 12"x20" hotel pans, this countertop model is perfect for a variety of cooking needs. It features advanced MIND.Maps™ technology, allowing for a programmable menu that enhances culinary creativity and precision. The oven offers 2-11/16" shelf spacing, providing flexibility for different dish sizes. Its glass door allows for easy monitoring of cooking progress, while the right-to-left door opening ensures convenient access. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the oven is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. Connectivity options include WIFI and USB for seamless data transfer to HACCP software, ensuring compliance and easy monitoring. With a powerful 7.7kW output and 19.5 amps, this oven delivers consistent performance. It is cMETus and NSF certified, and ENERGY STAR® rated for energy efficiency. The included water line connects to a ¾” mpt water connection within three feet, simplifying installation and setup.
