Description
The Unox XACC-0513-MPLM is a compact electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in professional kitchens. It features a left-to-right door opening with a hinged right design, accommodating up to five 12" x 20" hotel/steam pans or five GN 1/1 pans. The cooking chamber is constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. Equipped with a 2-5/8” tray pitch, this oven offers touch screen controls with integrated WiFi connectivity for seamless operation. The Data Driven Cooking technology allows for precise cooking management, while the AIR.Maxi™ system includes a reversing fan with four speed settings for optimal air circulation. The DRY.Maxi™ feature rapidly extracts humidity, enhancing cooking efficiency. With ADAPTIVE.Cooking™, the oven automatically adjusts cooking parameters for consistent results, capable of managing up to ten cooking processes simultaneously. It operates at a temperature range of 86 °F to 500 °F, powered by a 208/240 volt single-phase connection with a power output of 5.8/7.7 kW at 50/60 Hz. The unit comes with a standard cord and plug (NEMA 6-50P configuration) and is rated IPX4 for water resistance, meeting ETL and NSF standards for safety and sanitation.

Unox water treatment guidance: The equipment owner/operator/purchaser must ensure the incoming water supply is thoroughly checked (Free Chlorine, Chloramine, Total Dissolved Solids, Silica, pH, Total Hardness, Chlorides, & Alkalinity) and, if necessary, treat it to meet the minimum water quality criteria specified by the manufacturer in the product details. Failure to meet these minimum standards could harm the equipment and/or its parts, and void the original manufacturer's warranty.
