Description
The Unox XADA-06FS-EXLS is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in professional kitchens. It features a full-size cooking chamber made from durable AISI 316L stainless steel, accommodating up to six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, twelve 12" x 20" hotel/steam pans, or six GN 2/1 pans. Equipped with the advanced Digital.ID™ operating system, this oven offers innovative cooking technologies such as ADAPTIVE.Cooking™ for precise temperature control, SMART.Preheating for quick readiness, and SENSE.Klean for optimal cleaning. The integrated RO-Care water hardness reduction filter ensures consistent performance and longevity. With a cooking temperature range of 86 °F to 572 °F, the oven is versatile enough for various culinary applications. The MULTI.Point core probe allows for accurate monitoring of food temperatures, while the retractable hand shower simplifies cleaning. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi capability and smartphone control via the Digital.ID™ app, enabling remote operation and monitoring. The built-in microphone facilitates direct support calls with UNOX and offers voice control functions. Operating at 208/240 volts with a three-phase power supply, it delivers 19.1/25 kW of power. The oven is rated IPX5 for water resistance and meets cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.

Unox water treatment guidance: The equipment owner/operator/purchaser must ensure the incoming water supply is thoroughly checked (Free Chlorine, Chloramine, Total Dissolved Solids, Silica, pH, Total Hardness, Chlorides, & Alkalinity) and, if necessary, treat it to meet the minimum water quality criteria specified by the manufacturer in the product details. Failure to meet these minimum standards could harm the equipment and/or its parts, and void the original manufacturer's warranty.
