The Unox XADA-06FS-EXRS-ET is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in professional kitchens. This full-size oven features a right-to-left door opening and accommodates up to six 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, twelve 12" x 20" hotel/steam pans, or six GN 2/1 pans. Crafted from AISI 316L stainless steel, the cooking chamber ensures durability and easy maintenance. Equipped with an Integrated RO-Care water hardness reduction filter, this oven enhances cooking quality while prolonging the lifespan of the unit. The advanced Digital.ID™ operating system offers features like ADAPTIVE.Cooking™ for optimal cooking results, SMART.Preheating for quick readiness, and SENSE.Klean for automatic cleaning cycles. With SMART.Energy technology, the oven maximizes energy efficiency, while Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity allow for remote control via the Digital.ID™ app. A built-in microphone facilitates direct support calls with UNOX and enables voice control functions. The cooking temperature ranges from 86 °F to 572 °F, and the MULTI.Point core probe ensures precise cooking. Additional features include a retractable hand shower for easy cleaning and a robust power rating of 208/240 volts, 3ϕ, with 19.1/25 kW output. The oven is rated IPX5 for water resistance and meets cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.

Unox water treatment guidance: The equipment owner/operator/purchaser must ensure the incoming water supply is thoroughly checked (Free Chlorine, Chloramine, Total Dissolved Solids, Silica, pH, Total Hardness, Chlorides, & Alkalinity) and, if necessary, treat it to meet the minimum water quality criteria specified by the manufacturer in the product details. Failure to meet these minimum standards could harm the equipment and/or its parts, and void the original manufacturer's warranty.
