The Unox XADA-06FS-GXRS-ET is a high-performance gas combi oven designed for professional kitchens. This CHEFTOP-X™ model features a full-size cooking capacity, accommodating either six 18" x 26" sheet pans, twelve 12" x 20" hotel/steam pans, or six GN 2/1 pans. Constructed with AISI 316L stainless steel, the cooking chamber ensures durability and easy cleaning. Equipped with an Integrated RO-Care water hardness reduction filter, this oven enhances the quality of steam cooking. The advanced Digital.ID™ operating system offers features like ADAPTIVE.Cooking™ for optimal cooking results, SMART.Preheating for quick readiness, and SENSE.Klean for efficient cleaning. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi and Ethernet, allowing for smartphone control via the Digital.ID™ app. The built-in microphone facilitates direct support calls with UNOX and enables voice control functions. With a cooking temperature range of 86 °F to 572 °F, the oven is versatile for various culinary applications. Additional features include a MULTI.Point core probe for precise temperature monitoring, a retractable hand shower for easy cleaning, and a powerful output of 92124 BTU/h. The oven operates on 120 volts, 1ϕ, and 1.4 kW, meeting IPX5 standards and certifications from cETLus, NSF, and ENERGY STAR®.

Unox water treatment guidance: The equipment owner/operator/purchaser must ensure the incoming water supply is thoroughly checked (Free Chlorine, Chloramine, Total Dissolved Solids, Silica, pH, Total Hardness, Chlorides, & Alkalinity) and, if necessary, treat it to meet the minimum water quality criteria specified by the manufacturer in the product details. Failure to meet these minimum standards could harm the equipment and/or its parts, and void the original manufacturer's warranty.
