The Unox XADA-1011-EXLS is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in professional kitchens. This CHEFTOP-X™ model features a left-to-right door opening and accommodates up to ten 18" x 13" sheet pans, ten 12" x 20" hotel/steam pans, or ten GN 1/1 pans, making it ideal for various cooking needs. Constructed with an AISI 316L stainless steel cooking chamber, it ensures durability and easy maintenance. The integrated RO-Care water hardness reduction filter enhances the longevity of the oven by protecting internal components. The advanced Digital.ID™ operating system offers intuitive controls, while ADAPTIVE.Cooking™ technology optimizes cooking processes for consistent results. Key features include SMART.Preheating for rapid temperature adjustments, SENSE.Klean for automatic cleaning cycles, and SMART.Energy for efficient energy use. Wi-Fi connectivity allows for smartphone control via the Digital.ID™ app, providing convenience and flexibility. The built-in microphone enables direct support calls with UNOX and voice control functions. With a cooking temperature range of 86 °F to 572 °F, the MULTI.Point core probe ensures precise cooking. The retractable hand shower simplifies cleaning tasks. Operating at 208/240 volts with a three-phase power supply, it delivers 16.3/21.2 kW of power. Unox water treatment guidance: The equipment owner/operator/purchaser must ensure the incoming water supply is thoroughly checked (Free Chlorine, Chloramine, Total Dissolved Solids, Silica, pH, Total Hardness, Chlorides, & Alkalinity) and, if necessary, treat it to meet the minimum water quality criteria specified by the manufacturer in the product details. Failure to meet these minimum standards could harm the equipment and/or its parts, and void the original manufacturer's warranty.
