Description
The Unox XADA-1011-EXRS is a high-performance electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in professional kitchens. This half-size oven features a right-to-left door opening and accommodates up to ten 18" x 13" sheet pans, 12" x 20" hotel/steam pans, or GN 1/1 pans, making it ideal for various cooking needs. Constructed with an AISI 316L stainless steel cooking chamber, it ensures durability and easy maintenance. The integrated RO-Care water hardness reduction filter enhances the quality of steam cooking. The advanced Digital.ID™ operating system offers intuitive controls, while ADAPTIVE.Cooking™ optimizes cooking processes for consistent results. SMART.Preheating and SMART.Energy features enhance energy efficiency, and the SENSE.Klean system ensures cleanliness. With Wi-Fi connectivity and smartphone control via the Digital.ID™ app, users can manage cooking remotely. The built-in microphone allows for direct support calls with UNOX and enables voice control functions. Operating at a temperature range of 86 °F to 572 °F, the oven includes a MULTI.Point core probe for precise cooking. Additional features include a retractable hand shower for easy cleaning and a robust power supply of 208/240 volts, 3ϕ, with a power output of 16.3/21.2 kW. Rated IPX5 for water resistance, the XADA-1011-EXRS is cETLus and NSF certified, and ENERGY STAR® rated for energy efficiency.

Unox water treatment guidance: The equipment owner/operator/purchaser must ensure the incoming water supply is thoroughly checked (Free Chlorine, Chloramine, Total Dissolved Solids, Silica, pH, Total Hardness, Chlorides, & Alkalinity) and, if necessary, treat it to meet the minimum water quality criteria specified by the manufacturer in the product details. Failure to meet these minimum standards could harm the equipment and/or its parts, and void the original manufacturer's warranty.
